Cajun Spice is Awesome!

You will end up putting this on everything because it is an extremely versatile spice. Beef, pork, chicken, fish, shrimp and vegetables for starters. Definitely not just for jambalaya and gumbo. My kids eats this on her grilled fish and loves it! I will give you the recipe for free below, but as you can see there is a lot of spices to buy. So, I also sell the cajun spice ready to go so you do not have to buy and store all those spices.  Email me so I can check inventory if you are interested.  That said, let's make some!

  • 1 cup of each (or one anything really)
    • garlic powder
    • onion powder
    • salt
    • paprika
  • 1/2 cup
    • cayenne pepper
    • black pepper
    • dried oregano
    • dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup
    • red pepper flakes

Add all of the above to a large sealable container. If not sealed, you may get face full of cayenne pepper when you mix it up. Fill only about halfway. Shake, roll, mix until well mixed up. Pour into a mason jar with handle (Amazon) and metal lid using a funnel. Hammer holes with a nail into the lid to create a rustic shaker.
